The girls in room 7 had great fun this week learning all about games people played in the past. As part of our history work, we explored how children long ago kept themselves entertained without screens, consoles or modern toys. It didn’t take long for us to discover that traditional games can be just as exciting!
We tried out some popular traditional games including Cat and Mouse, Twister, Four corners, and many more. We really enjoyed playing traditional card games like 'Snap' as well as playing clapping games. There was no shortage of excitement, giggles and friendly competition as we played our way through history this month.
